HOW TO VIDEOS

These videos were designed to walk you through all of the features and benefits of COVI. From how to easily download the app to finding the terms of your protection products, these videos will help you understand what COVI can do for you.

GET STARTED

1) go to the app store/google play and search for “connected owner”
2) once you see COVI, download the app
3) to Sign Up, enter your name, email and password
4) enter your dealer’s zip code and select your dealer
5) enter your VIN and select the products you purchased

FIND MY FACTORY WARRANTY

1) go to MY PROFILE
2) expand FACTORY WARRANTY and select the button to take you to your specific manufacturer’s website

FIND MY VEHICLE’S OEM MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE

1) go to MY PROFILE
2) expand OEM SUGGESTED MAINTENANCE and view each car component

    here you can see the miles and months the maintenance needs to be performed, what each part looks like and does, as well as what you need to do to maintain your vehicle.
    4) click each number at the bottom to view the different pages
    5) click SCHEDULE to make an appointment

WHERE DO I FIND IMPORTANT NOTIFICATIONS ABOUT RECALLS?

    1) go to MY PROFILE
    2) expand RECALL MONITORING
    Here you can view all of the recall notices issued for your vehicle, including the description, how it effects the vehicle, and how the problem will be fixed.
    3) Click on SCHEDULE to quickly make an appointment with your dealer to fix the recall

SERVICE HISTORY

    1) Expand MENU (top left corner),
    2) click on SERVICE, then SERVICE HISTORY
    Here you can see a summary of all of the service you have received at your preferred dealership.
    3) For a closer look at a service, under Details expand the RO#
    This will show the dates of service, where the work was performed at, and total cost. If you need a more in-depth view of this service, click on request invoice & we will email you a copy.

VIEW CONTRACT

    1) expand MENU (top left corner)
    2) click on PROTECTION PRODUCTS and select the product you want to view
    3) at the top right click on CONTRACT to view your contract
    4) to zoom in, click on the contract until you see these icons (zoom & share)
    Click on the left zoom icon to zoom in closer
    6) to PRINT or EMAIL your contract, select the share icon on the right
    To PRINT, click on the three circles icon, and select print. To EMAIL, sign in to your email address.

VIEW MY PROTECTION PRODUCT’S ADDED BENEFITS

    1) expand MENU (top left icon)
    2) select PROTECTION PRODUCTS and the product you want to view
    This will show a summary of the terms of your agreement and program benefits. If you scroll down you can see your covered services.
    If you have any more questions about your covered services, view your contract or call us at 844.252.0937. For quick access to roadside assistance, click on the number at the bottom.

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

    1) expand the MENU (top left icon)
    2) click on the red text at the bottom (EMERGENCY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE)
    This will dial the number to get you connected to roadside assistance.

SCHEDULE SERVICE

    1) expand the MENU (top left corner)
    2) select SERVICE, then SCHEDULE SERVICE
    3) select your service, or if you don’t see it listed, select OTHER and type in your preferred service
    4) select a date that works for you
    5) select a time that works for you
    6) click SCHEDULE
    Your dealer will be notified of your service and will confirm through a push notification or email

ON MY WAY

    To alert a dealership that you are about to drop off your vehicle so they are ready for you to arrive, then select On My Way.
    1) expand the MENU (top left corner)
    2) select SERVICE, then ON MY WAY
    This will automatically notify the dealership of who you are, what vehicle you drive, and that you will be arriving at their dealership shortly.
