A. We recommend 1 person for scheduling service & 1 person for marketing push notifications
Q. Can I private label this app?
A. No, however, you can customize the dealership page with your logo, picture, contact information, website, etc. The customer is still tied to your dealership through scheduling service and receiving push notifications.
Q. How do I send notifications?
A. In COVI backend (axiomproductportal.com) select the notifications tab. Filter and search to select the customers you want to reach. Click next. Choose a Template and customize any way you see fit. Send Now or Schedule Send.
Q. How do I add another user at my dealership?
A. Send a Request to COVI Support or call 636.252.0937 to get additional users set up at your dealership.
